Congratulations to Guam’s first born of 2023

Eliana Grace Lejano is the first baby born this year on Guam and U.S. soil. Eliana was born to parents Ma Elana Celis and Michael Angelo Lejano early the morning of January 1 at Guam Memorial Hospital. 28 Guam companies contributed $10,500 in gifts for the family.
