Dr. Amylie Rojas joins FHP Health Center

Dr. Amylie Rojas has joined the FHP Health Center as a primary care physician.

She previously served as a Family Medicine Physician at Baylor Scott & White South Frisco Primary Care, where she provided comprehensive primary care and managed chronic illnesses for patients of all ages. She also served as Chief Resident during her Family Medicine Residency at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, California. Rojas's extensive experience in these roles has made her a trusted medical expert in family medicine.

Rojas completed her Family Medicine Residency at Eisenhower Health, specializing in comprehensive patient care across all age groups. Additionally, her training includes serving as a member of the Resident Quality and Safety Committee and working as a medical student researcher in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, emphasizing her dedication to various aspects of healthcare quality and research.

She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, where she developed skills in comprehensive medical care. Her academics also include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Adventist University. 

Rojas is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her licenses extend across multiple states, including California, Texas, and Guam.

Her community service includes extensive volunteer work with Street Medicine programs in both Coachella Valley and Loma Linda, providing medical services to homeless and underserved populations. She also served as a tutor and mentor to high school students through Community-Academic Partners in Service. 

Rojas's professional memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians and Texas Academy of Family Physicians.
