TakeCare Insurance hosted a Balanced Lifestyle Event: Mindset, Reset on October 26th, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Guam. Participants indulged in activities like Vinyasa Yoga from Synergy Studios Guam and MixxedFit with Brian and presentations like Fuel Your Fitness Journey with TakeCare Wellness Team, Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management with Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center.
