TakeCare supported the Fire Organization for Activities and Morale (FOAM)—in partnership with the Guam Fire Department’s 23rd Fire Cycle—graduation ceremony and banquet.

The 23rd Fire Cycle will be ushering in Guam’s newest public servants and firefighters. The graduation ceremony and banquet are not just milestones for our graduates; they also represent a vital community event, where we honor the next generation of first responders who will serve and protect us.
