Reach your goals with consistency — April 13, 2022
My friend and mentor “Vince” has taught me how consistency can encourage change. This does not only apply to health and wellness, but can be used in various aspects of life. Vince identifies goals. He writes down everything he wants to accomplish regardless of how vague or specific they were. After taking a few days to add to his list, he takes a week to cross out those that aren’t of priority.

Fresh, frozen, canned? Is there any difference? — April 27, 2022
Have you ever wondered what is healthier: canned, frozen or fresh fruits and vegetables? Frozen vs. canned? Are there any differences?
What we do know is that fruits and vegetables are vital to our health and we need a variety of them to obtain good health. Fruits and vegetables are the healthiest right after they are picked or harvested. If only we all had gardens to eat fresh fruits and vegetables right after being picked and washed.
