Imagine this: A doctor or health care professional prescribes you physical therapy, PT, for an extended period. Immediately, you start asking yourself, “will physical therapy reduce or eliminate my pain and discomfort?”
It’s crucial to not start with a negative attitude. According to the American Physical Therapy Association, “consistent regular PT sessions make a big difference in the progression, recovery, and healing process.”
