Q.What is your physical address and hours of operation?

A. On Guam, our Customer Service Office is located in the Baltej Pavilion in Tamuning at 415 Chalan San Antonio Road. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.

On Saipan, our Customer Service Office is located on the 2nd Floor of the TSL Plaza on Beach Road, Garapan. Hours of operation are Monday – Tuesday, Thursday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays, 8:30am to 5 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
