Group Fitness Schedule

Choose a variety of FREE Group Fitness Classes that’s right for you!

 

  • Same day RSVP, visit http://tiny.cc/WCSS or call 646-6956 ext. 7161/7175 to register. Maximum 19 participants per group fitness class.
     
  • To maintain social distancing, participants will be given an 8x8 area.
  • Participants must bring their own mat and equipment.
  • All participants are subject to temperature screening. Those with 100ºF or higher temperature will not be allowed to enter and will be referred to FHP Urgent Center.
  • Please stay home if you have a fever, symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough or shortness of breath, or had close contact with a person known to have COVID-19.

 

TakeCare offers a range of different classes to meet each fitness levels–from low impact exercises like Water Aerobics and Yoga to high intensity and dance fitness like Cardio, Core and Strength Training, Aerobics and Zumba!
