How do I start?
When you visit one of our clinics, we will ask you to provide your email address as part of the registration and check-in process. Shortly after you have been “web-enabled”, you will receive an email invitation to join the patient portal and a user name will be provided.
You will be able to securely log in with your username and password, and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone with an Internet connection!
