As a member of TakeCare Insurance, you have access to an extensive list of the participating providers, both on and off the island, and exclusive access to the FHP Health Center. In addition, TakeCare's comprehensive wellness program and MyTakeCare, our online member portal, are available to you.
To access your personalized health plan information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, login into MyTakeCare. You will be able to access valuable health and wellness resources, complete a Health Risk Assessment, view your claims activity, print a member card, review your benefits and eligibility information, as well as manage your own personal health within MyTakeCare health calendar.
